Permission to apply for judicial review granted in challenge to new terrorism law

At an oral hearing at the high court yesterday, Mohammed Zahir Khan was granted permission to apply for judicial review of the new release provisions enacted in the Terrorist Offenders (Restriction of Early Release) Act 2020.
