Overview:

• Robert Dacre will take a look at the case of Robert Lambert-Simpson v Health and Care Professions Council [2023] EWHC 481 (Admin), in which a registered psychologist posted a series of offensive comments on his social media account and the court considered how best to charge this type of misconduct.
• Ben Rich will cover the case of Adil v General Medical Council [2023] EWHC 797 (Admin), a case which involved a consultant colorectal surgeon, who subscribed to many covid conspiracy theories, and set them out in a series of videos on social media.
