Public Prosecution

Hannah is a Grade 3 prosecutor and regularly acts for the CPS in a variety of matters. Her recent instructions include prosecuting a knifepoint robbery.

Hannah also represents HMRC in civil cash forfeiture cases, providing advice and conducting contested hearings, both at first instance and on appeal.
