This week, Narita secured another acquittal for Krzyzyk. Krzyzyk was accused of raping a woman at his house after they shared a taxi home from a club in Mayfair in May 2015.

Krzyzyk insisted any sexual activity with the woman was consensual but denied they had full intercourse.

The victim had made a previous allegation of rape to the police three months prior to this allegation. In both circumstances the victim had woken up with no memory of the night before, after drinking heavily.

Krzyzyk denied the charge and was acquitted at Southwark Crown Court yesterday.
