Fiona Robertson has been appointed Treasury Counsel

Fiona Robertson has been appointed Treasury Counsel by the Attorney General, Victoria Prentis KC with effect from 1^st April 2024.

Treasury Counsel are based at the Central Criminal Court and are instructed to prosecute the most serious and high-profile cases. 2 Hare Court has maintained a presence in Treasury Counsel’s Room for many decades. Previous appointees include: David Waters KC, Jonathan Laidlaw KC, Martin Heslop KC, Orlando Pownall KC, Peter Wright KC, Sallie Bennett-Jenkins KC, Jonathan Rees KC, Oliver Glasgow KC, Sir Andrew Edis, Dame Bobbie Cheema-Grubb, Sarah Przybylska and Julia Faure Walker.

Fiona will continue to accept instructions to defend in criminal and regulatory work.
