Jim Buchanan, co-defending with Mark Balysz KC, secures the acquittal of trainee paramedic charged with Gross Negligence Manslaughter

After a 4-week trial in front of Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb the jury returned not guilty verdicts in less than an hour.

Jim was instructed by Danny McShee, Marta Tomlinson and George Emery of Kennedys.
