Brian O’Neill KC has been instructed by The FA in the case of Brentford footballer Ivan Toney

Brian O’Neill KC has been instructed by The Football Association to present the case against the Brentford footballer Ivan Toney who has been charged by The FA with more than 200 breaches of The FA’s rules prohibiting footballers from betting on matches.

Brian has previously been instructed by The FA in respect of a registered intermediary (football agent) following his criminal convictions for offences under the Bribery Act in the case of R v Pagliara, Price and Wright at Southwark Crown Court.

Brian has also represented a number of Premier League footballers in a number of cases in the Crown Court here.
