Jonathan Laidlaw QC defends in case dismissed from the Central Criminal Court today.

Following a hearing before the Supreme Court, charges of torture, allegedly committed during the first Liberian civil war in 1990 by Dr Agnes Taylor, were dismissed by Mr Justice Sweeney at the Central Criminal Court this morning. Jonathan Laidlaw QC acted for the defendant, along with Steven Powles QC. Read more here and here.
