We are delighted to announce that Peter Gray QC commenced tenancy at 2 Hare Court on January 18th. Peter joins us from Compass Chambers, Edinburgh, where he remains a member.
Peter will be joining the Criminal Regulatory and Health & Safety teams; Peter is a leading practitioner in regulatory crime and, in particular, in the fields of health and safety, environmental and corporate financial crime. In the context of health and safety, and environmental crime he has been instructed to appear on behalf of corporate accused in the most serious prosecutions, statutory appeals and high profile Fatal Accident Inquiries in recent years.
Recent and current instructions include; The Glasgow bin lorry Fatal Accident Inquiry, The Sumperpuma helicopter Fatal Accident Inquiry, The Svitzer Marine Ltd health and safety prosecution and The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service health and safety prosecution.
