Joshua Carey represented Mr Stephen Murdoch at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court. He is charged with doing or omitting anything to endanger passengers by railway. The Prosecution currently advances its case on the basis that Mr Murdoch moved the train whilst the complainant’s hand was stuck in the doors. Mr Murdoch gave no indication as to plea and the matter has been adjourned to early February for a PTPH before the Crown Court sitting at Blackfriars.
