Cases

R v Cavendish Masonry

The defendant company was convicted of corporate manslaughter after one of the young men working for them was crushed to death by a block of limestone at a building site.

R v Rooftop Rooms

The defendant company was convicted of health and safety offences after a 16 year old apprentice fell to his death from the scaffold platform on which he was working.

R v Adedeji, Miller & Pullen

The defendants are the doctor and two nurses who worked at the Marie Stopes clinic where a young woman was given a termination following which she died.
