Sallie Bennett-Jenkins KC represents student son of prominent businessman acquitted of rape charge

The allegation arose from a party where there had been significant consensual sexual contact but an allegation of rape arose when intercourse briefly took place. At the behest of others, X had sent a message of apology. X was acquitted after a trial.
