Marios Lambis secures an acquittal for a doctor, and ex-prospective parliamentary candidate who was alleged to have sexually touched a patient.

On, Monday 7th December, Dr Steven Pearse-Danker was acquitted of sexual assault on a female patient by a jury at Bristol Crown Court.

Dr Steven Pearse-Danker, a family GP and a former parliamentary candidate, was accused of sexual assault at surgery in Somerset during an out-of-hours examination.
