Hearings in Module 3 of the Covid Inquiry concluded last week, after ten weeks of evidence. Module 3 considered the impact of Covid-19 on the healthcare systems of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Baroness Heather Hallett is the Chair of the Inquiry.

He examined thirteen witnesses, including Judith Paget CBE (the CEO of NHS Wales) [from 00:00:21], Dr Paul Chrisp (a Director of NICE) [from 01:42:40] and Dr Sarah Powell (who gave evidence using British Sign Language) [from 00:17:19]. His questioning of witnesses has been featured on the BBC’s Covid Inquiry podcast and on Channel 4 News.
