ARDL Webinar
Advising in Financial Reporting
Council Investigations

Wednesday 13 July 2022
Time: 18.00 – 19.30
Webinar via Zoom

With audit reform forming an important part of the Government’s agenda, the role of the FRC is in the spotlight. In this seminar ARDL explore key features of FRC supervision and enforcement, focussing on certain aspects of the FRC’s regime which might prove troublesome when defending regulated professionals and firms. All speakers have extensive experience of advising and defending in FRC proceedings, both under the Accountancy Scheme and the Audit Enforcement Procedure. They will provide insight and tips on how to ensure that the FRC investigatory process (and its precursors) runs smoothly and the best outcome can be secured.

This seminar will take place remotely, on an appropriate platform. Those signing up will be provided with a link in advance of the seminar. Please note that the seminar is open to ARDL members only and you will be asked to confirm that you are a member before joining the event.

To book a place at the webinar please visit the ARDL website events page here. Please note you will need to log in to your ARDL account in order to book. This is a reminder, if you have already booked a place there is no need to do so again.
