Jack Soares Mullen joined 2 Hare Court as a Pupil in September 2025.
Before coming to the Bar, Jack worked in the Judicial Office as a Deputy Private Secretary to the Senior Presiding Judge, advising on high profile issues relating to the criminal justice system, judicial security and the court estate.
Previously, Jack taught at an inner-city primary school in London for three years where he was the Head of Mathematics and a class teacher.
Jack is interested in all core areas of chambers’ practice.
Jack has completed ICCA’s Advocacy for Children in Conflict with the Law training, designed to equip advocates representing children in the criminal courts and has a particular interest in representing children in the Youth Court.
