The Investigatory Powers Commissioner, Sir Brian Leveson, has published the report of the independent investigation into the circumstances that led to the provision of false evidence to both the High Court and the Investigatory Powers Tribunal in proceedings connected with Agent X.
The investigation was ordered by the Prime Minister and led by the Deputy Investigatory Powers Commissioner, Sir John Goldring, with Jack Gilliland instructed as junior counsel to the investigation.
