Daniel Chadwick represented a firearms sergeant, who was alleged to have committed offences of assault by penetration and sexual assault against a fellow firearms officer of equal rank at their Christmas party. Following a six-day trial at Inner London Crown Court, the jury unanimously acquitted the defendant of both counts in under two hours.
