Last week, Ella Ripper represented a former international footballer and household name in a driving matter. Her client had been made subject to a 9-month driving disqualification, and Ella was instructed in an appeal against sentence in the Crown Court.
The Court revoked the discretionary disqualification and acceded to an exceptional hardship application, resulting in the reinstatement of her client’s driving licence.
