Jonathan Laidlaw KC and Gabriele Watts appeared for the first defendant, Mohamad Esreb (Camilla Fayed’s husband) instructed by Rachel Cook and Liam Lane of Peters & Peters LLP and Gudrun Young KC represented the fourth defendant, Ms. Fayed. A cost application will be determined at a later date.
