The 6th edition of Rook & Ward on Sexual Offences: Law and Practice
Fiona co-authored chapter 25 on DNA evidence. The foreword by the Lord Chief Justice describes the book as providing “a comprehensive understanding of the substantive law” in this area from CPS decision making, through disclosure, the trial process and evidence, to sentencing and parole. All those concerned with the law and practice on sexual offences “would be well advised to have ready access to this new edition of Rook and Ward”.
