Two men convicted of Bis’s murder

Two men, Elijah Morgan and Jedaiah Param, have been convicted of the murder of drill artist Bis following a five weeks’ trial at the Old Bailey.

Brian O’Neill QC led the prosecution team at trial.  His junior was Louise Oakley of 5 KBW.  They were instructed by Angela Moriarty of the CPS Homicide Team.

Bis, whose real name was Crosslon Davis, was a member of the prominent music collective the Harlem Spartans: his tracks have had millions of YouTube hits.

He was stabbed to death in an attack by four armed men in the early hours of Friday 6^th December 2019 in Deptford, south east London.  The other two men involved in his killing have not been satisfactorily identified but suspects remain under investigation.
