Two men convicted of Bis’s murder

Two men, Elijah Morgan and Jedaiah Param, have been convicted of the murder of drill artist Bis following a five weeks’ trial at the Old Bailey.

Brian O’Neill QC led the prosecution team at trial.  His junior was Louise Oakley of 5 KBW.  They were instructed by Angela Moriarty of the CPS Homicide Team.

Bis, whose real name was Crosslon Davis, was a member of the prominent music collective the Harlem Spartans: his tracks have had millions of YouTube hits.

He was stabbed to death in an attack by four armed men in the early hours of Friday 6th December 2019 in Deptford, south east London.  The other two men involved in his killing have not been satisfactorily identified but suspects remain under investigation.
