Leon Kazakos Shortlisted for Crime Junior of the Year in the Chambers UK Bar Awards

Chambers is delighted to announce that Leon Kazakos has been shortlisted for Crime Junior of the Year in the 2019 Chambers UK Bar Awards.

The winners will be announced at the Chambers UK Bar Awards on 31st October 2019.

Leon’s criminal practice is exclusively defence based and is focused on most forms of business crime, tax fraud and money laundering.

His general criminal practice spans murder, manslaughter, modern slavery, rape, human and drug trafficking and a wide variety of serious and complex crime.

Recent cases include defending in the largest prosecution for slavery brought to date, defending a footballer accused of rape,  several high profile fraud trials, a large MHRA and NCA prosecution for the manufacture of anabolic steroids and a series of ‘rogue trader’ prosecutions.
