Sallie Bennett-Jenkins QC secured the acquittal of her client MM, who was accused of multiple counts of historical rape on his natural daughter between the years of 2002 and 2010 when she would have been aged between 8 and 15.

The jury unanimously acquitted the defendant in under 2 hours of all counts.
