Nikita McNeill represented a travel company in inquest proceedings following the death of 21 year old Kona Gamble who died from head injuries whilst on holiday in Ayia Napa in 2013.

Mr Gamble’s friends found him badly injured, upside down and trapped on an air conditioning unit, on his own first floor balcony of a four storey hotel, on 28 July 2013. Mr Gamble later died in hospital; the cause of death was recorded as a head and brain injury as a result of a fall from a height.

The inquest at Leicester Coroner’s Court concluded Mr Gamble’s death was accidental.

Nikita was instructed by Nick Gianferrari of BLM solicitors.
