The Criminal Regulatory Group of 2 Hare Court are pleased to hosting The Annual Regulatory Crime Seminar in Manchester.

This year we will focus on the offence of gross negligence manslaughter including talks on the forthcoming Guideline and issues raised in the consultation, the implications of the Judgment in R v Rose for health and safety offences and a case study. Jonathan Laidlaw QC will also be presenting a cross-examination masterclass.
