Narita Bahra Defends Client in Multi Million Pound Drugs Conspiracy

Narita Bahra represented Mehmood in a three million pound drugs conspiracy. The prosecution alleged that Mehmood played a leading role in the conspiracy by providing drugs to co-conspirators during a drought resulting from police closing down respective drugs factories.

Narita’s client was tried along with eight other defendants charged with a Conspiracy to supply drugs spanning over two years. The prosecution sought to secure convictions based upon covert surveillance, Automatic Recognition Plate evidence, CCTV, telephone evidence and cells site analysis. The prosecution alleged that the conspiracy spanned across the West Midlands to South London.

Narita relied upon telecommunications experts to challenge the prosecution evidence.

Narita was instructed by Qasim Khan at Q&A Solicitors.
