Jonathan Laidlaw QC Appears Before the British Horseracing Authority
Jonathan Laidlaw QC is representing Jim Best, the trainer, in the proceedings brought by the British Horseracing Authority at a hearing in London. Mr Best faces allegations of having issued stopping instructions to the jockey riding two of his horses in December 2015. The Panel, chaired by Sir William Gage, is expected to announce its findings next week
