Christopher Ware represents a Company Director accused of being at the helm of a highly sophisticated and long-running conspiracy to handle stolen goods, specifically hundreds of thousands of pounds of stolen vehicles. His lay client has always denied being knowingly involved in the conspiracy.

Four of the five defendants pleaded guilty to the conspiracy; however, following representations and the consideration his lay client’s health the indictment has now been stayed against him.

Christopher was instructed by Luke Gittos of Hughmans solicitors.
