Christopher Geering Successfully Represents Doctor Charged with Sexually Assaulting Colleague

Christopher Geering successfully defended an experienced doctor accused by the General Medical Council of sexually assaulting a nursing colleague whilst visiting her at home. Following a hearing lasting six days the tribunal found none of the allegations proved.
