Scott Ivill has successfully defended a Matron (Band 8a nurse) on charges consisting of 11 separate allegations that included alleged acts and/or omissions that contributed towards a Patient’s death.
Following a 10-day substantive hearing, the Conduct and Competence Committee of the Nursing and Midwifery Council concluded that none of the allegations were proved.
Scott was instructed by Graeme Irvine, Senior Legal Officer and Solicitor, of RCN Legal Services.
