Scott Ivill has successfully defended a Matron (Band 8a nurse) on charges consisting of 11 separate allegations that included alleged acts and/or omissions that contributed towards a Patient’s death.
Following a 10-day substantive hearing, the Conduct and Competence Committee of the Nursing and Midwifery Council concluded that none of the allegations were proved.
