Fiona Robertson secures appeal against sentence
Fiona Robertson successfully appealed her client’s term of 42 months’ imprisonment following a plea of guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine. In substituting a term of 30 months’ imprisonment the Court of Appeal commended Fiona’s “crisp, well argued submissions delivered with clarity and succinctness”.
