Transgender carer found guilty of murdering her MS-Suffering father

Jonathan Rees QC secured the conviction of Claire Darbyshire. She was found guilty of murdering her father, an MS sufferer, on September 2nd last year.

Ms Darbyshire was today sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of four years.
