Following two weeks of evidence at the Old Bailey, His Honour Judge Paul Worsley QC accepted Martin Heslop QC’s submission of no case against his client in a six handed gangland stabbing case. The submission was based upon the effect of Martin Heslop’s cross examination of the prosecution witnesses which very substantially destroyed the prosecution case.
