Jonathan Rees QC and Zubair Ahmad prosecuted Kevin Wilson and Taffari Grant for child destruction – they attacked Malorie Bantala, who was 32 weeks pregnant with Wilson’s child.
Both denied involvement but were convicted at the Central Criminal Court on 17/12/15 and were sentenced on 11th February. Wilson was given a life sentence.
Jonathan and Zubair were instructed by the CPS Homicide Unit.
