Rebekah prosecutes and defends in all areas of crime.  

She is currently a grade 2 prosecutor but has prosecuted a wide range of offences including section 18 GBH, arson, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, possession of imitation firearms and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

Defence cases as junior alone include offences of section 18 GBH, aggravated burglary, sexual assault, arson and blackmail.

Rebekah also has experience in the area of extradition law having undergone a secondment at the CPS Special Crime Division, Extradition Unit and has been instructed in Magistrates’ Courts extradition proceedings and appeals against orders for extradition at the High Court.

Rebekah was instructed as prosecution junior in Operation Gestalt, the long running Metropolitan Police investigation into the conduct of HM Customs and Excise during the London City Bond trials and subsequent appeals and during the period of the Butterfield Review.

Rebekah was also instructed as second junior in Operation Theseus, the trial of the three men accused of conspiracy with the 7th July bombers to cause explosions likely to endanger life. Her specific area of responsibility in this complex and sensitive case was disclosure.
