Quinn is regularly instructed as prosecuting and defending counsel in the London Crown Courts.
He has particular expertise in dealing with complex disclosure issues and has recently finished a year-long disclosure exercise in one of the biggest murder investigations ever conducted by the Metropolitan Police.
He has been led in cases of murder, attempted murder and fraud. He has a general practice that covers the full range of serious criminal offences including armed robbery, drugs, sexual offences involving vulnerable witnesses, and dishonesty. Quinn also has experience in licensing, police disciplinary matters and has been instructed by Metropolitan Police Solicitors as special counsel. Presently he is instructed as prosecution junior in Operation Achilles, the prosecution of animal rights activists charged with blackmail and a series of large scale drugs cases investigated by the specialist police branch, the projects team.
