He has a wide range of experience. Prior to being called to the Bar, he was a City solicitor, specialising in commercial property litigation. He now specialises in crime, particularly in the field of complex fraud. He is regularly instructed by the leading firms of solicitors and by the Fraud Prosecution Service.
He also undertakes regulatory work on behalf of the Security Industry Authority and the GMC. He has recent experience of prosecutions brought under the Financial Services legislation.
