Daniel joined Chambers as a third six pupil in September 2017. He is regularly instructed to prosecute and defend in the Youth Court, Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court.
Daniel has been instructed in the full range of hearings on behalf of the Defence, the Probation Service and the Crown Prosecution Service. This experience includes acting in cases of violence, dishonesty and driving related offences. He has particular experience in special reasons and exceptional hardship hearings.
In the Crown Court, Daniel has acted in Probation Service breach hearings, appeals against conviction, and has been instructed to represent clients at sentencing hearings.
Alongside criminal law, Daniel regularly acts for the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a case presenter in the full range of hearings brought before the Fitness to Practise Committee.
Daniel recently worked on the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse.
