Jonathan Laidlaw QC secures rehearing before British Horseracing Authority

Jonathan Laidlaw QC represented the race horse trainer Jim Best in his appeal before the British Horseracing Authority. The Appeal Board quashed the findings of the Disciplinary Board, ordered a re-hearing before a fresh, independent panel and required the Authority to pay all of Mr Best’s costs to date.
